Rental Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the rental of ski and snowboard equipment from Esports Duna Blanca, Pas de la Casa, Andorra.

Booking

A booking made via the website www.dunablanca.com constitutes a booking request, confirmed by us by email or phone. No online payment is required: payment is made entirely in-store, when collecting the equipment.

Collection and return of equipment

Equipment is handed over in-store, at the date and time agreed during booking, upon presentation of a valid ID. It must be returned in-store on the agreed date, in a condition consistent with normal use.

Cancellation

We ask customers to notify us as soon as possible in the event of cancellation or a change to their booking, by email or phone, so that the equipment can be reallocated to other customers.

Security deposit

A security deposit is requested from the customer when collecting the equipment, in the form of a bank pre-authorisation (a hold placed on a credit/debit card). This amount is not charged and simply remains blocked on the customer's account for the entire rental period. It is automatically released upon return of the equipment, provided it is returned complete and in good condition.

In the event of loss, theft or damage to the equipment resulting from abnormal use or negligence by the customer, all or part of the amount secured by the pre-authorisation may be charged, up to the cost of repair or replacement observed.

Condition and maintenance of equipment

Rented equipment is checked and serviced before each rental. The customer agrees to make normal and careful use of it, consistent with their level of skiing or snowboarding practice.

Liability for damage

In the event of loss, theft or damage to the rented equipment resulting from abnormal use or negligence by the customer, the cost of repair or replacement may be charged to the customer, in particular by charging the bank pre-authorisation mentioned above, based on the value of the equipment concerned.

Rates

Applicable rental rates are those displayed in-store and on the website www.dunablanca.com at the time of booking.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by Andorran law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Principat d'Andorra.
